I visit the USA & Canada frequently, sometimes to keynote conferences but mostly to work directly with schools and school districts. The approaches to consultancy I offer are as follows:

• Institute Days: I specialize in creating customized professional learning experiences tailored to your specific needs. Rather than offering pre-packaged programs, I collaborate with you to understand your unique context and school improvement goals. From there, I design a custom full- or half-day session—suitable for all K–12 staff—engineered to inspire, challenge, and align perfectly with your vision.
• Conference Keynotes: I’ve had the privilege of keynoting numerous conferences across the USA and Canada (see below). Beyond the research, delegates appreciate the humor and ‘real-world’ credibility I bring to the stage. If your event needs a speaker who can bridge the gap between academic theory and classroom practice with energy and encouragement, I’d love to hear from you.
• Model Lessons: give me any class, any age and I’ll model questioning techniques, checks for understanding, inquiry-led learning, direct instruction and/or retrieval practice for your team to watch and review. 
• Longer-term Support: I currently partner with schools and districts across many states and provinces to drive systemic improvement. My engagements encompass on-site professional development, strategic webinars, and dedicated support for leadership teams focused on successful implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Webinars and Coaching: I’m available throughout the year to deliver staff PD and coaching online.
• PD Video Library: As of January 2026, my professional library features over 70 curated videos designed to catalyze staff development. This collection includes exclusive footage of my work in U.S. classrooms, providing a rare ‘fly-on-the-wall’ perspective.
